Sometimes when I close Bullcharts, I get the following error message. It doesn't affect my use of the program, because it only occurs right after I close Bullcharts. Still, can anyone decipher this message?

Unfortunately it is reported error with others on shutdown.  We have not as yet found a way to duplicate it.  We are looking at various logging options to see what the error may occur.

I've discovered additional error messages. This occurs as I changed from daily to weekly, or from daily to monthly charts. As you can see, the data are there, so I don't know why the message says no data found. I also get the same message when I open Nasdaq chart.

By the way, how do I open Dow Jones chart? I typed "US.OUSADJI" as in the manual, but nothing comes up.

US.OUSADJI does have a problem which we are trying to correct.

$.AUDUSD was fine for me.  Please try again.

Actually, things seem to have got worse.
Now I dont get any data on $.AUDUSD.
I had to use screen capture to get this image, because Bullcharts doesn't seem to export image files when there is no data.

We will look into them.  Please allow a bit of time as OK in other system so we need to see what the problem is.

US.OUSADJI  is fine now.  It was a very large number in Jan that caused a problem.

With the US.$SPX I see up till 8th March.  I am not sure what is causing the data to be dec 2005.

$.AUDUSD is still fine for me.

Brendon, maybe I'll clean my database and redownload everything. Do you have a single file download or do I still have to download 2 months data at a time?

Brendon, none of them is working. Problem is described as above.

I don't have trouble with ASX data though.
