Micro Double Tops/Bottoms

I have been eyeballing charts for these patterns which are reasonably successful but very time consuming to find so if someone could code it up  for a scan that would be great.

For Double Bottom

1/ 50 day ma of today must be greater than yesterday
2/ Must be minimum of 2 bars between low points
3/ Maximum 15 bars between low points
4/ Entry is High of first  outside bar counting back from 2nd low
5/ Lows can be different by point 5% (don't have to match exactly)
6/ Stop is 1 cent below 2nd low point

For Double Top

Reverse Double Bottom
