Problems ’Shares Hitting New Highs Scan’

For the past couple weeks when I run the following scans

'Shares Hitting New Highs (260)'
'Shares Hitting New Lows (260)'

I get NO DATA returned (ie all data rejected)
In the reason for rejects I get the following error against each stock ticker:

Data error: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

1. Is anyone experiencing the SAME problem with these two scans?
2. Know how to fix this issue?
