Fischers Ellipse

I have been playing around with the different Fibonacci tools, in particular Fischers Ellipse.

The current design of use is a little fiddly with this tool. At the
moment, once the ellipse is drawn, to change the ratio you need to
double click and Apply a new ratio through the properties box - this
becomes time consuming when trying to apply multiple ellipses in a
backtest.

Would it be possible to have a 'hot key' option to upscale / donwscale
the ellipse (in fact any Fib tool that can be scaled) when the ellipse
is selected, without having to go through the properties box?

	Hmm...good idea. It may be some time before we consider though as half way through a new version.
