When scanning with the commodity channel index, looking for a cross over for example :

Commodity Channel Index (55) crosses above Commodity Channel Index Smoothed (55, 60, Weighted).

The scan is giving me companies that do not match the above.

I check this against another charting package which I use.

This problem has only occurred in the last couple of days.

It is very annoying at the moment.

Please advise.

try going to the advanced tab of your scan and increasing the number of bars that it loads - maybe say to a few hundred. i find that often fixes that kind of problem
