Could someone please let me know how to copy a chart and paste to another document

You can Export the chart as an image. Click "File" and you should see
"Export" in the lower half of the drop-down menu. Then insert the image
in a Word document.

Edit/Copy (or Ctrl+C) will also work by copying an image of the chart to the clipboard.
