Key Features

General

• The Default Template has been added to the Template Toolbar as DEF.  This is a convenient way to return to your default.  If you wish to see a plain template with no indicators then use WH
•  The Add to WatchList groups watchlists by folders in the order created not as A-Z.
• The default scan group is highlighted in bold in the Security Manager.
• Improved downloader to check for any missing gaps in local database.
• Improved monitoring of server connection for live updates using a ‘heartbeat’.
• Default to create a watchlist/export  stocks symbols is all stocks in the list when have one row selected.
• Search in a security list or watchlist by pressing the first letter of the stock.
• Ability to delete a symbol from the recently used symbol list by using the Delete key.
• Any charts with an invalid stock symbol will not be saved in the workspace
• Option to constrain the Line Interval, Line Ray, Infinite Trendline to each 45 degrees segment.  When drawing the trendline, hold done the Shirt key and the trendline will jump to the nearest 45 degree angle.
• Option to delete only the objects on a chart pane rather than all on a chart using Ctrl + Del

Quick Symbol Search

The Quick Symbol Search works when you are not connected to the Internet.  It is part of the Security Manager.  There is a new tab at the bottom.

The Quick Symbol Search allows you to search on a whole word or part of a word.  The default is a partial search.  Some examples are:

b gold	will display all stocks starting with ‘b’ will display all stocks starting with ‘gold’
%b% %oil%	Will display stocks that contain ‘b’ Will display stocks that contain ‘oil’
%b %mining	Will display all stocks ending with ‘b’ Will display all stocks ending with ‘mining’

BullScan

• Able to change the order of the columns in the scan results tab by using Move Up and Down to reorder the scan criteria.

BullScript

• Updated manual with additional examples of how to use BullScript.

Indicators

• New indicators from Leon Wilson’s new book Break Through Trading.

Scans

• New TradeSim scans from Leon Wilson’s new book Break Through Trading

This release seems to be pretty stable.

I still cannot view US indices and currency charts, but that's an old problem.

File size is 4MB smaller than the previous release, always good to see. 

CR, my problem with forex charts occurs in Bulldata mode. When I open a currency chart, all I see is a blank chart.

I don't have an forex data source in metastock format so I don't know whether it works or not.

That has been fixed on the server for the 5pm download.  Please try now.
