Interpretation of the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo depends on the accirate allignment of five moving average like lines and a candle price chart.
If the price chart cannot be placed on the same scale as the Ichimoku, confidence in the ability to interpret the indicators is somewhat compromised.
The iteration of the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo in Bullcharts does not allow these two parts to be put on the same scale.
There also seems to be a separate problem with the allignment of the Chikou Span, though this seems to affect the long term rather than the short term and is thus not so serious.
I wonder if this can be fixed as it is a great system? Shouldn't be hard but is if, like me, you don't know how.
Does anyone else use the Ichimoku or has anyone else noticed the difficulty?
Or better yet can anyone explain how to fix it.
Grease.
