It is scary scenario, if no future updates are forthcoming. I wonder if my experience is typical, but for me, support for Bullcharts has always been wanting after the purchase. It was terrific before purchase. I got responses during late-nights and weekends! Most comments and suggestions were implemented in the next release. After the purchase, I suddenly found myself in a different and silent world. Now we are probably faced with no more new releases for a good while. Let's hope that Brendon will continue his good work on Bullcharts: - there are many bugs to fix. Some bugs have workaround and some don't. - speed up the software; many processes are an order slower than those of a comparable package. - add more useful and effective features. - add a "Support" button to the Bullcharts website, and assign someone competent to energise the Forum and communicate with users. |
