why there is the level 40 for pullback of RSI in "Jim Berg RSI Scan" and not 30, how it was described by Jim Berg?

I think I got the point.
first we scan for weekly, than we perform the RSI(7) scan and visually evaluate the weekly chart, if uptrend is ok or not (HH & HL). than we can create a watchlist and wait, until setup appears.

I just wondering how I can perform a jim berg`s scan for an entry day? so after I scanned for upternd on the weekly chart, it would be great, that I could proceed with a furter scan for a entry?

how can I do this?

thanks in advance!
